Phil Griffin
Phil, president of CBT, has been in the office equipment
business since 1973. Starting out as a service
technician with TRW Customer Service Division, Phil moved
to Charlotte in 1980 to become the local service manager
for TRW. In 1985, Phil joined a local office equipment
company and spent the next 12 years in facsimile, telex,
PC and laser printer sales as one of their top produces. Phil
founded CBT in 1996 and is constantly looking for new
technologies to bring to the Charlotte market.
Phil spends his free time playing drums in a praise
band at his church while overseeing the audio/video
needs of his church. He is also active in the
Boy Scouts and enjoys woodworking, sailing and skeet
shooting with his son. Phil has a wife, Cindy,
along with three kids, Adam, Kacey and Garen.
Cindy Griffin
Cindy has been with CBT since 1998 and has been primarily
responsible for all accounting functions for the company. She
also has an extensive background in sales assistance
and customer service.
Cindy stays very busy with her three children, Adam,
Kacey and Garen, along with her passion for gardening,
cooking and scrapbooking. She is also very active
in activities at her church.

Melissa Helms
Melissa, our Service Manager, began her career as a Fax
Service Technician in 1995. Over the years, she
has expanded her knowledge and skills in many aspects
of the service field, including management. Melissa
was promoted to her current position as Service Manager
in September 2003.
Melissa and her husband Ronald stay very busy with their
3 children, Kayla, Brittany and Donovan. Melissa
enjoys baking as a way to wind down from her busy schedule. She
also very active in her church in the Monroe area.

Bill Snyder
Bill came on board as a technician with CBT in May
2002. He has a long history in Mechanical Engineering.
Bill and his wife, Dorinda, are the busy parents of
4 daughters, Casey, Sydney, Regan and Peyton. In
his spare time, Bill and a neighbor are “The
Hot Dog Guys” and cater various events in the
Steele Creek area. Bill is also a very avid Pittsburgh
Steelers fan. “Go Steelers”!!! |
